Noumenon Multiphysics attended and exhibited in the COMSOL Conference 2013, held on October 17 and 18 at the Mövenpick Hotel, Bangalore.

COMSOL Multiphysics® is a pioneering multiphysics modeling and simulation software. Developed by COMSOL, Inc., this world-leading software has been utilized by various industries and researchers for solving multi-physics problems in various domains. The COMSOL Conference brings together practicioners and theorists from various specialized domains to share their experiences with COMSOL. Through user presentations, poster papers, training sessions and more, everybody ends up having a rich experience at the conference.

The COMSOL conference started in 2005 in Boston. In this, the ninth year of the conference, the conference will be held in seven locations: Bangalore, Boston, Rotterdam, Singapore, Seoul, Taipei and Tokyo.

Being a sponsor of the Bangalore event, Noumenon Multiphysics exhibited modeling and simulation projects in various domains. Delegates also attended various advanced training seminars such as Chemical Reaction Engineering, Microfluidics & Laminar Flow, Non-linear Structural Mechanics, Meshing, etc.

The COMSOL Conference was attended by many key decision makers from the R&D and engineering wings of various engineering industries. It was also attended by engineers and researchers of various backgrounds. With such a large and targeted audience, Noumenon Multiphysics delegates were extremely happy with the experience. “We would certainly be interested in attending again next year,” said Sanat Ganu, Sr. Engineer at Noumenon Multiphysics. “Along with the range of basic courses, we hope to see courses on more advanced and targeted topics in future,” he said.
